(P 270) Spring Grove Monthly Meeting of Friends Church met 4th month 16th 1892.

Women's clerk being absent, Anna Z. Strange was chosen for the day.

The committee appointed to see what arrangements can be made to secure the services of a minister the ensuing year are continued and directed to report to next meeting.

The Evangelistic committee make the following report which is satisfactory to the Meeting.

The committee to propose the names of suitable Friends to serve this Meeting as an Evangelistic committee propose the following named Friends which is satisfactory to the Meeting and they are appointed to that service:

and are directed to report in 8th month next.

L. E. Updegraff, Elizabeth Burks, E. P. Wallace and Henry Keren are appointed to propose to next meeting the names of suitable Friends to serve this meeting as a Temperance committee, also a Book, Tract and Peace committee.

(P 271) T. W. McDaniel and E. P. Wallace are appointed to settle with this Meeting's treasurer and propose the name of some Friend to serve this meeting as treasurer and report to next meeting.

Spring Grove Monthly Meeting of Friends Church met 5th month 21st 1892.

The committee to see what arrangements can be made to secure the services of a minister the ensuing year gave a satisfactory report of their labors and they are discontinued.

The committee appointed to propose suitable Friends to serve this Meeting as a Temperance committee, also Book, Tract and Peace committee, not having attended to the work, are continued and directed to report to next meeting.

The committee appointed to settle with this Meeting's treasurer report that they have attended thereto and find five dollars in the treasurer's hands and propose M. B. Barker for treasurer with which this Meeting unites and he is appointed to that service.

(P 274) ... right of membership with Friends. L. E. Updegraff and M. E. Averill are appointed to visit her on that account and report to next meeting.

George Hodson, Sylvania Wallace, Ann White and L. C. White are appointed to propose to next meeting suitable Friends to serve this Meeting in the station of Elders.

We appoint L. E. Updegraff to time our meetings for worship. We request the Overseers and Elders to occupy seats facing the audience during our meetings for devotion.

Spring Grove Monthly Meeting of Friends Church met 7th month 16th 1892.

The committee appointed to prepare certificates for Philip Strange and family, also one for William Strange produced certificates which were ordered signed and forwarded to Tonganoxie Monthly Meeting.

The committee to visit Susan Keren report that they visited her to good satisfaction and she requests to withdraw her resignation which is satisfactory to this Meeting.

(P 275) The committee on Eldership, not being present, are continued and directed to report to next meeting.
